So Lazy!
Although, this is the perfect reward after working so hard in school I have an even better reward for myself. What could be better than doing absolutely nothing?
Going to Nashville and seeing Jason Mraz in concert for the very first time! I am so stoked! I bought these tickets WAY back in July! I have been wanting to see this man in concert since 2003! I have really bad seats, but being there live will be AMAZING! Plus, I will be at the historic Ryman Auditorium! This is a great way to celebrate my graduation from nursing school. Better than my original idea of getting a tattoo. *smile*
I will leave you with a couple video's of the oh-so-cool, super SEXY, and brilliant Mr. AZ.

Wordless Wednesday
I am just going to say it...
I have really only two complaints about the dorms. First, my upstairs neighbor sounds like an elephant. Seriously. This guy moved in in July and is SO freaking loud! I guess he works out in his room because from about 7-10pm he is running circles in his room. Pounding and banging on the floor. I seriously think that my ceiling is going to come down one day!
(upstairs neighbor after the ceiling collapses)My second complaint is that one of my roommates has had an 'unexpected visitor' for the past 6 weeks! Never even told anyone that he was coming, but told us after he was here. What were we going to say, uh sorry no he has to go?! All she said was he was going to stay for 2 weeks. Okay. I can handle that, but come on, 6 weeks! That's just a bit much and kind of rude from my point of view.
Ugh! I am going crazy in this place! Maybe it's because I have more time on my hands to be annoyed. I did finish my LAST final of nursing school yesterday! Yeah!
Okay. End of rant. You may continue with your regularly scheduled day.

Twilight Review

I absolutely loved Twilight. It was amazing. I think Catherine Hardwicke did a great job of encompassing the heart and soul of the book. The movie, of course, did not compare to the book at all. I don't think any movie adapted from a book is equal to or better than the book (except maybe Cold Mountain which was Brilliant!). The original is ALWAYS better.
I do believe that it was worth all the hype that was placed on the movie. I just can't believe that it made 35 million on Friday with 7 million of that coming from midnight showings. That is truly astounding. The early figure for opening weekend is 70 million! Wow! All that for a movie that cost only 37 million to make. I think that the rest of the movies will be infinitely better because they will increase the budget.
There were only two issues that I had with the movie. The first had nothing to do with the actual movie, but with the movie theater. They started off about 10 minutes late, with the audience looking at a blank screen. I don't think I would have minded or noticed if there had been the usual mindless commercials showing. To top it off the sound was completely off-kind of warped. I know that people went and complained because about half way through it got a touch better. This fault though, kind of ruined the movie. Although, it makes me want to see it again.
The second issue was with the movie and some awkward moments and transitions. One example was when Bella was in the hospital babbling away (I agree with other reviewers and found that annoying) then all the sudden we are seeing her go to prom. Uhh? What the heck happened? I was thinking..."Did I miss something?"
Other than those two things I was pretty happy with how it came out. I definitely think that everyone should read the book because Stephenie Meyer has a fabulous way of conveying the relationship between Bella and Edward. I have read it twice since I got it back in July. I know that I will re-read all of them eventually.

Twilight, Twilight, Twilight!!
I am going to treat myself and go see it today. I will start studying tomorrow. I hope it's not sold out. There are at least 7 showing before 5pm, so if I have to wait a little, it will be worth it. Will update after I see it.

Right around the corner...
Today was my last day of clinical as a BSN student nurse. I thought it would be an easy day, but oh no, was I wrong. I had two PEG tubes and three unresponsive patients. It was like our our little nursing home in 5 rooms. It got a little crazy (as usual) around 9am until about 1pm. Then it got slower, but I still kept busy. All in all, the day went pretty smoothly considering what I was dealing with. I am glad that this experience was the last because if it was very first I would have run away screaming for another floor.
I am going to watch Grey's Anatomy-the Ultimate Best show EVER!
